The small domaine was founded in 1987 and farmed ‘conventionally’ until Bruno became seriously ill because of an insecticide, and they decided to operate a ‘brutal yet vital’ conversion to natural viticulture.
Domaine Jacques Prieur

Domaine Philippe Garrey
Based in the Mercurey appellation, Domaine Philippe Garrey was the first grower in the Côte Chalonnaise to become certified biodynamic in 2011. He only produces wine from the Mercurey appellation.

Château de Nalys - Châteauneuf-du-Pape -
A jewel of Châteauneuf-du-Pape acquired by Maison Guigal in 2017, and one of the oldest properties of the appellation, the Château de Nalys enjoys an exceptional position opposite the historical village and its famous Papal Palace.

The Hermit Ram
One of the driving passions behind the Hermit Ram is the seeking out of Pinot Noir planted on active clay limestone soils. The activity in the soil promotes a salinity and acidity in the wine which surpasses tannins for structure.
